Nicola Phillips Solicitors was established in 2008 by its founder and senior partner, Nicola Phillips. Our principal business ethos is to provide our clients with the best possible service with the minimum stress to them and at the same time to offer good value-for-money.
To this end Nicola has assembled an experienced and able team, well-qualified to cover a wide range of legal services (see “Our Team” and “Our Services” below).

Another guiding principle is to make our clients feel very much at ease and undaunted by the buying/selling process. We take great pains to avoid confusing legal jargon and to explain legal issues clearly. Our new premises on Black Horse Way are very much in keeping with this welcoming and non-intimidatory principle. Behind the Georgian facade, which blends harmoniously with our lovely town centre, lies a newly-furnished and decorated interior, offering a warm, welcoming and relaxing ambience to our clientele.
Our History
Our company is a young one, having been founded by Nicola Phillips in 2008. However, after gaining her honours law degree from Wolverhampton University via Holborn College, London, Nicola accumulated a vast amount of experience working for top law firms in the area and gained a thorough insight into the workings of a successful legal business.
She has transferred all this knowledge into the running of her own business, despite the long recession from which we are only now emerging, she has managed to more than triple the size of her business, creating the thriving company you see today. Proof of the firm foundations Nicola established from the very beginning.
While we are ambitious to expand yet further in the years to come, we are determined to remain faithful to our original ethos of providing the best and most stress-free service to our customers. We pride ourselves on a happy combination of up-to-date, exacting professional standards and old-fashioned principles.
We limit the amount of properties that our property managers serve so they are able to give your home the care and attention it requires.
Across all sectors of The London Management Company, our highly experienced team members typically stay with us for a long time. Their knowledge and experience of your personal preferences will ensure you receive the enjoyable and convenient service you expect from a luxury provider. This strength in our team enables the most in-depth personal experience for each of our Clients.
In the event that we need to hire an outside skilled specialist, like a plumber, electrician or heating engineer, we only use trusted suppliers with up-to-date credentials who specialise in properties such as yours.
Our team currently includes English, Chinese (Mandarin), Chinese (Cantonese), Russian, Spanish, and Arabic speakers who will be happy to converse with anybody from your household.
Consistent attention to detail
We meticulously record every important detail about your property, from your insurance requirements and wi-fi password to how often individual plants must be watered.
By storing this information in our database and utilising the latest technology, we can share detailed instructions and visual guides to any personnel on our team.
That means that even if your dedicated property manager goes on leave, we can still manage your property with the same care and diligence you are accustomed to.
