With a full asset register in place, we are able to produce a planned preventative maintenance schedule. This allows us to efficiently maintain your home on an ongoing cyclical basis.
We arrange regular, detailed checks in order to efficiently inspect and test all of your building’s facilities and comply with any insurance obligations you may have. In addition, we are able to advise on any capital expenditure works, such as redecoration and refurbishment, as well as fully project manage any works required.

In the event that we need to bring in a specialist or tradesperson, such as an electrician, we only use trusted suppliers that are accustomed to managing Prime and Super Prime residences in Central London. Furthermore, we ensure a member of our team is present in your residence while they are working.
